First, male or female, 30-45 years old, healthy, energetic, college education;
Second, more than a decade plastic spray overall management and production management experience automatic spraying line;
Third, proficient spraying process, familiar with the quality requirements of the brand mobile phones;
Fourth, production management, quality management, cost management, strategic thinking and team management success stories;
Fifth, with extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing methods and techniques, including inventory control, quality assurance and leadership, organization, communication, coordination, planning, monitoring and performance assessment capabilities.
Sixth, familiar with ISO management requirements, to participate in ISO construction process, and the implementation of leadership to lead by example;
Seven of plastic spray supply chain has a strong network of contacts, can effectively control production costs.
Eight, to understand the injection molding process and a customer resource and understand Korean preferred.
